Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer time management system and scheduling.
  • Assist in payroll.
  • Assist in recruitment activities.
  • Assist in staff training needs.
  • Review, updates and maintains proper filing of all HR documents.
  • General office administration & answering to employee's enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE O & at least 1-2 years of working experience in HR.
  • Meticulous and detailed.
  • Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.

Working Hours: 5 days work week

Working Location: Joo Koon
