Job Summary
Lead and manage comprehensive HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, training, and office administration to support organizational growth and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and generate ad hoc reports locally and regionally using the Info-Tech System
- Conduct orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes for local and regional staff to ensure smooth transitions
- Plan, develop, and implement personnel training and development programs, including pre- and post-training evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MOM rules, regulations, and policies serve as the company's primary contact for these matters
- Administer MOM labour market surveys, and manage work permit and employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Process government paid leave claims and benefits payouts accurately and timely
- Assist with tax clearance submissions on an annual and ad hoc basis
- Manage employee relations by facilitating effective engagement and communication between staff and management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and customers as required
- Handle employee complaints and grievance procedures promptly and professionally
- Oversee staff welfare and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction
- Manage HR department compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Update and manage insurance policies, road tax, licenses, and contract or lease renewals
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure cleanliness in compliance with legal requirements
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by company leadership
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience using the Info-Tech System for HR management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Experience coordinating IT functions with outsourced consultants
