HR & Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment &Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across engineering, production, and corporate functions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
Payroll &Compliance
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM, CPF, statutory requirements)
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and keep policies up to date
Learning &Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programmes
- Support onboarding to ensure new hires are integrated effectively, particularly in production environments
- Leverage available government support schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) where appropriate
Employee Relations
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employee queries and workplace matters
- Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Promote a fair, respectful, and consistent workplace environment
HR Operations &Systems
- Implement and manage HR systems and processes to support a growing organisation
- Track and report key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring progress
- Continuously improve HR processes to balance efficiency with control
Administration
- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support workplace, facilities, and basic operational needs where required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, including MOM and CPF requirements
- Comfortable in a hands-on role with both operational and administrative responsibilities
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with HR systems and basic HR data reporting
Preferred Experience
- Background in electronics, precision engineering, or similar manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ)
- Experience setting up or improving HR processes in a growing company
