Job Description

HR & Admin Leader | Up to $6,000 + Bonus

Salary: Up to $6,000 + $60 HP allowance + bonus

Location: Commonwealth Drive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Are you a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bridging cultures Join our team as a Chief HR / Admin Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping both people operations and business success while working closely with management in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Drive recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements

  • Prepare employment documentation such as contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

  • Handle work pass administration including Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Support payroll preparation, leave administration, and benefits coordination

  • Assist in HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company HR policies

Administrative Functions

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative support to management and daily office operations

  • Manage office facilities, procurement of supplies, and vendor coordination

  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors

Japanese Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between Japanese management / headquarters and local employees

  • Provide translation and interpretation support

  • Support Japanese expatriate staff with relocation, housing, and documentation

Requirements

  • Certified JLPT N1

  • 2-5 years of relevant HR experience in Construction industry (to handle foreign worker dormitory matters)

  • Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations is an advantage

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
