Design, implement, and manage training and development programs to support employee performance and career growth.
Work with department heads to assess training needs and develop annual training plans.
Coordinate and deliver internal training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure quality delivery.
Evaluate training effectiveness using post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes.
Maintain accurate training records and reports for audits and management review.
Explore and implement digital learning tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences.
Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
Assist with monthly payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in HR data.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR team in employee engagement activities and general administration.
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Talent & Development or Learning & Development.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, training frameworks, and performance management processes.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes
Ability to work independently as well as be active team members within and across the HR team.
