Maintenance company quotations, sales & invoices
1. Prepare and submit quote, tracking reports
2. Prepare service and photos reports for invoicing
3. Prepare sales tracking & invoice
4. Prepare payment reminder / SOA based on outstanding list and follow up with supervisors to collect payments on time
5. Prepare all cheque payment
Maintenance company payroll
1. Maintenance Foreign workers medical, WIC and dormitory records
2. Maintenance company staff employment records
3. Liaise with MOM application and resignation of foreign employees
4. Prepare staffs payroll on every 5th of the month
Maintenance company Admin and Human Resource provide report on every 7th of the month
1. All administrations records
2. Recruitment and Talent Retention
3. Create and Design Job Descriptions
4. Onboarding and Training
5. Performance Evaluation and Management
6. Managing Employee Payroll, Benefits, and Leaves
7. Building Dedication and Commitment
8. Prepare and maintain all company administration and Human Resource filings.
Salary Range $2500 to $3800
Minimum O level
5 years working HR and admin
