Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats-from managing HR operations to ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling

. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS

. Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims

. Support performance reviews and training initiatives

. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies

. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

. Organize employee engagement activities and company events

Office Administration

. Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and procurement

. Manage travel bookings, visa arrangements, and accommodation

. Support facility operations including maintenance and security

. Coordinate internal meetings, documentation, and reporting

. Assist with corporate governance and liaise with external auditors

. Provide general administrative support across departments

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in tech/startup sectors

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software

. Discreet with confidential information

. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive
