Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative functions, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and personnel files
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and claims processing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations
  • Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and reports
  • Liaise with external parties (e.g., authorities, vendors, insurance providers)
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Oversee general office administration, including procurement and facilities management
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Familiar with local labour laws and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
