Job Description

Job Description:

  • Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, SPass, Work Permit) via relevant government portals (e.g., MOM).
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues.
  • Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with internal HR work process
  • Assist in monthly payroll updates & Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation, orientation coordination, and staff setup.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in work pass administration.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Offices
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week / 8.00am to 5.30pm
