  • Maintain employee records , and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Work passes application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
  • Assist in enrolling workers workplace safety and construction courses and renewal
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system
  • Able to liaise with foreign workers
  • Handle matters related to workers medical claims, insurance claims (WICA & Foreign worker insurance), leave applications.
  • Assist with administrative matters & procedures pertaining to workers dormitories and residential address
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments
  • Maintaining hardware/software listing & labelling, check on office supplies
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Employment Act.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Candidate must possess minimally a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
  • Min 1 years working experience preferred for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates also welcome
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Good working attitude and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and at the same time possess good team spirit
