Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Oversee company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and logbook records
- Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking
- Maintain fuel card records and monitor usage
- Assist in meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and provide administrative support to management and project teams
Human Resources Duties
- Assist with payroll administration and worker management
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
- Handle work pass applications, issuance, renewals, and cancellations
- Handle submission of MOM surveys and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage workers matters including medical claims, insurance claims (WICA & foreign worker insurance), and leave applications
- Coordinate staff uniforms, PPE, and equipment distribution
Others
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in administration/HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
