Work Location: 15 Jalan Tepong, Jurong Food Hub

Work Days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm


HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties, from recruitment to payroll, employee relations, office operations, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, manage confirmation/offboarding, and support performance reviews.
  • Process payroll data, CPF, benefits, claims, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver submissions.
  • Organise staff engagement activities, training programmes, and company events.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, and general admin support.
  • Assist in HR policy updates, SOPs and change management initiatives.
  • Support employees with HR enquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Able to work independantly and as a team.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • 2-5 years of HR/Admin experience (SME experience is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and MOM processes.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tech-savvy and open to learning new systems.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
