Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job ads, shortlisting, interviews
- Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Manage daily lunch menus and orders via SharePoint
- Handle monthly vendor invoices and goods receipt
- Compile and report monthly man-hours
- Manage staff and contractor passes (company & Jurong Island)
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Collect and archive monthly medical certificates
- Maintain confidential personnel files
- Update and maintain company records and licenses
- Assist HR with periodic medical checks coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirement
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word & Powerpoint and Canva.
- Meticulous, good inter-personal and communication skills.
