We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing assistance across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare official letters, memos, and other HR/administrative documents as required.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and support general inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies, stationeries, and refreshments, ensuring availability at all times.
- Handle office purchases, vendor coordination, billing, and invoice processing.
- Support general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned by Superior/Management to support operational needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
