About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. You will support daily HR operations such as recruitment and administration, while also getting hands-on exposure to employer branding by helping manage our company's social media pages.
What You'll Do
- Assist in posting job ads and arranging interviews
- Maintain attendance and HR records
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Help with office admin tasks (e.g. stationery, filing)
- Update company activities on LinkedIn/Facebook and support staff engagement events
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Basic MS Office skills
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
