What You'll Be Doing
- Provide general support to the HR team across Anake and Foragers
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Help coordinate HR initiatives such as onboarding, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Support recruitment coordination (e.g., scheduling interviews, updating job boards)
- Assist in organizing staff events and wellness programs
- Handle HR-related queries from employees in a friendly and professional manner
Who We're Looking For
- A warm, energetic individual who enjoys working with people
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong admin skills
- Eager to build a career in HR and open to learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A background in HR or Business (degree/diploma) is an advantage, but not required
