HR Admin Assistant #HHLT

Pay: Up to $12/hr
Location: Orchard (walking distance from MRT)

Duration: 3 months contract
Work hours: 08.30am - 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Scope

. Ensure related documentations are filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement

. Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data

. Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data

. Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

. Minimum diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
