Job Scope

. Candidate sourcing - attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.

. Recruitment process - coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.

. Negotiation & advisory - managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.

Requirements

. Minimum degree in Business Management / Human Resource Management or in any relevant discipline
