Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure retention and revenue expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, software, managed services)
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver effective solutions
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of IT products and services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple account
