About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced product engineering environment focused on building seamless, high-quality digital experiences used by large-scale consumer platforms.
In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems to design and deliver robust, scalable features that directly impact user engagement, discovery, and overall product experience. You will be expected to take ownership of end-to-end development, from design and implementation through to deployment and production monitoring.
This position requires strong technical depth, good product intuition, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern web technologies
- Build reliable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Own features end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Ensure systems are secure, observable, and optimized for performance at scale
- Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code following engineering best practices
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability
- Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and team knowledge sharing
- Support engineering excellence through continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with backend development using Golang
- Strong experience with frontend development using React
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Proven experience delivering and operating production-grade web applications
- Familiarity with system design, scalability, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience with observability tools, debugging techniques, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of web application security and performance considerations
- Ability to design and build reusable components and scalable backend services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
Good to Have
- Experience building reusable libraries, SDKs, or shared components
- Exposure to mobile development environments (e.g. Android or iOS frameworks)
- Experience designing APIs and working with RESTful or microservices architectures
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and deployment automation
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Knowledge of operational best practices such as monitoring, alerting, and SLOs
- Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing systems
- Interest or exposure to generative AI tools or applications to improve productivity
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Continuous learner with a strong interest in scalable system design
