Job Description:

  • Track and update daily attendance records and employee overtime manage leave applications and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Coordinate with recruitment platforms to advertise job openings. Conduct phone screenings, arrange interviews, and handle walk-in candidates.
  • Handle applications and renewals for employee work passes. Review and verify medical claim submissions.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning notices, memos, etc.
  • Work with insurance brokers for company insurance renewals and evaluate coverage options and pricing.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including fingerprint registration, repatriation flight bookings, and employee data updates.
  • Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, for business trips.
  • Assist with organizing training programs and manage renewals for licenses, certifications, or courses due for expiry.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred.
  • Willing to work at the Tuas location.
  • 5-day work week.
