About the role
Apex Chemicals (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a talented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Tuas South Region and will play a crucial part in supporting the Finance and HR functions of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
Providing end-to-end HR administrative support, including processing leave management, and onboarding new employees
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR information system as required
Supporting the accounting team with financial data entry, invoicing, and general accounting tasks
Liaising with internal stakeholders to address HR and finance-related queries
Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
What we're looking for
At least 1 years of experience in a similar HR and accounts role, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and payroll/accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
