Job Summary
Support project execution by reviewing architectural drawings, assisting in quantity take-offs, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and managing sales documentation to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Drawing & Quantity Support
- Review architectural drawings to accurately extract dimensions for project use
- Assist in performing quantity take-offs and measurements to support cost estimation
Project Coordination
- Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and designers to facilitate project progress
- Attend site and consultant meetings to assist with project coordination and communication
- Verify site measurements and oversee installation works to ensure compliance with project requirements
Sales & Marketing
- Prepare tabulations for quotations and organize project documentation to support sales processes
- Coordinate the distribution and submission of samples and materials to stakeholders
- Follow up with project stakeholders to maintain communication and ensure timely project updates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Basic ability to read architectural drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction and interior industry
