Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other HR documentation
Maintain and update employee records, leave tracking, attendance, and HR databases
Assist in payroll preparation, claims, CPF submission, and staff benefits administration
Handle full set or partial accounts including AP & AR
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing support
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents
Support management reports and ad-hoc finance tasks
