Job Description

1. Accounting & Finance

. Maintain full sets of accounts for all entities

. Perform bookkeeping and month-end bank and loan reconciliations

. Prepare supplier and office expense payments

. Follow up on customer collections

. Liaise with auditors and company secretaries

. Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings for three entities

. Prepare financial reports for director sign-off (newly assigned - AEI Technology Pte Ltd)

. Track monthly freight invoices and verify any incorrect charges

. Prepare quarterly commission calculations (for Joel and UTAC)

. Monitor incoming shipments and allocate payments accordingly (advance payments vs invoices), with weekly checks to ensure payments are accurate

2. HR-Related Matters

. Prepare monthly payroll and staff claim payments

. Submit monthly CPF contributions

. Prepare HR documentation (employment letters, increment letters, and management-related correspondence)

. Submit required documents to government agencies (e.g., Auto-Inclusion Scheme, AIS)

3. Administrative Tasks

. Handle general administrative duties, including completing and submitting required forms/documents for various entities (e.g., bank forms, supplier documents)

. Manage office supplies and office-related expenses (e.g., ordering drinking water, stationery)

Qualification:

. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as outlined in the job description

. Possession of at least an LCCI qualification or higher

. Prior experience in accounting for a distributor company

. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
