#HOT# Infrastructure Project Manager - 12 months
We are seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects. This role will suit someone with a strong track record of managing diverse infrastructure initiatives, excellent stakeholder management skills, and solid financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects such as:
Upgrading SAN storage
Migrating servers
Building new data centers
Implementing end-user technology projects (e.g., M365, Exchange 2019) - Drive project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, procurement, P&L tracking, and financial reporting.
- Partner with SMEs to assess infrastructure dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, and escalation updates.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Support weekend change events as required.
Requirements
- 5-10 years proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of technology components and interdependencies (network, servers, storage, end-user tech).
- Good financial management skills: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- PMP certification is a plus Agile knowledge beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in data center projects will be an advantage.
- Industry background in finance is not required.
