Job Summary
Plan and execute landscaping and tree management programmes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and service level agreements. Lead inspections, risk assessments, and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed work programmes aligned with client objectives and contractual obligations
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure safe and effective operations
- Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with Service Level Agreements and quality standards
- Administer contract-related activities, including timely response to client or consultant directives and coordination of work execution
- Lead joint site inspections with clients or appointed consultants, identify defects, and coordinate prompt resolution within agreed timelines
- Conduct Visual Tree Assessments to evaluate tree health and safety on the property
- Supervise and oversee all landscaping activities within the designated work area to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Coordinate with relevant officers to manage work arrangements, site inspections, meetings, and address complaints or operational issues
