Our client is mortgage advisory firm. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire Property Specialists/ Home Loan Specialists.

Job Description:

As a Property Specialist/ Home Loan Specialist, you will be part of the our client's mortgage loan team, and be responsible for developing our client's mortgage loans portfolio while providing excellent end-to-end loan advisory to our client's customers. This is an individual sales contributor role, so you will be expected to set and surpass aggressive sales targets, while ensuring timely, accurate and compliant completion of the internal processes and protocols.

Job responsibilities:

• Leads will be provided
• Provide professional loan advisory and package solutions to meet the property financing needs of our client's retail customers
• Accurately profile and acquire new customers through cold-calling, referrals and active participation in property road shows
• Develop alliances and network with property agents, lawyers and developers to build a strong base of referrals
• Diligently provide proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to our client's internal policies, protocol and processes

Requirement:

• Candidates with prior experience in property sales and/or consumer banking mortgage will be prioritised
• Candidates are required to have a minimum 1 years of relevant experience to be considered for the role of Property Specialist.
• Highly driven individual with proven track record to set and exceed sales target
• Strong acumen and knowledge with the property sector in Singapore
• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients and stakeholders
• Resourceful, positive working attitude, good customer service skills
