HNW Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities and driving the achievement of sales objectives
• Prepare client meeting materials, sales presentations, training decks and other relevant business documents.
• Manage sales administration, including insurance application forms, client records and meeting activity updates.
• Work closely with case management, product teams and other stakeholders to facilitate insurance applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Develop expertise in HNW insurance products and servicing processes while contributing to workflow improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking, insurance or broader financial services industry.
• Experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance administration or financial services operations will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
