Insurance Operations Manager (HNW Brokerage)

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and achieving business objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate support in preparing meeting materials, presentations, training decks and other sales-related documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including completing insurance forms, maintaining records and logging meeting activities.
• Develop knowledge of insurance products, application processes and servicing requirements within the HNW market.
• Work closely with internal case management and product teams to support the end-to-end sales and application process.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure sales-related requests and documentation are followed up in a timely manner.
• Participate in internal and external training programmes to develop product, industry and technical knowledge.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking, insurance or broader financial services industry.
• Experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance administration or financial services operations will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Performance-driven, organised and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
