Our client is a pioneering financial services firm specializing in comprehensive wealth planning solutions for HNW and UHNW individuals, families and businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and business partners by offering expert advice in insurance and liquidity planning. They will also drive profitable client referrals through proactive engagement and relationship management with both partners and clients.
- Foster consistent engagement with clients and partners to cultivate strong and sustainable referral relationships.
- Continuously develop new client relationships to maintain a diversified and balanced referral portfolio.
- Deliver professional, high-quality advice on liquidity planning and insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed the annual net revenue target, or as otherwise agreed upon during the annual performance review.
- Ensure full adherence to internal compliance protocols and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Accurately and promptly submit all new business documentation.
- Provide high-quality, ongoing service to policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner.
- Assist team members with client meetings, medical appointments, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above from Finance or related discipline
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Offshore market
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
- Candidates with Private Banking or Insurance Specialist experience would be a plus
