Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Management Director to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple F&B concepts under our group.
This role will be responsible for ensuring consistency in service standards, cost control, manpower planning, and overall business performance across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and manage outlet performance (sales, labour cost, food cost, productivity)
- Work closely with outlet managers to ensure consistent service and food quality standards
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment strategy, and team development
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SFA, hygiene standards)
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports for senior management
- Support new outlet openings, pre-opening setup, and SOP implementation
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B operations management (multi-outlet experience preferred)
- Proven track record in managing P&L, cost control, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of Singapore F&B regulatory requirements (MOM, SFA, hygiene compliance)
- Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Korean or Asian dining concepts is an advantage
- Experience in pre-opening projects or multi-brand operations
- Familiarity with HR/payroll systems (e.g. Talenox) is a plus
