The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to own Singapore's equestrian high-performance strategy end-to-end. You will be the engine behind our National and Development Teams - managing everything from competition logistics and athlete welfare to stakeholder partnerships and long-term program planning. Key Responsibilities
High Performance Program Management
. Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all training and competition activities.
. Serve as Team Manager at major multi-sport games, regional championships, and overseas training camps.
. Develop and monitor high performance KPIs in alignment with EFS's strategic plan and Sport Singapore's high-performance framework.
. Manage all matters pertaining to administrative submissions to the organisation.
Stakeholder& Partnership Management
. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sport Singapore, SNOC, SNPC, and other key national bodies.
. Forge partnerships with equine riding establishments, coaches and external stakeholders to strengthen the HP pipeline.
. Represent EFS at national and international forums, keeping abreast of FEI and AEF rules, events and competitions.
. Recommend and implement relevant changes to align EFS practices with international standards.
Administration& Governance
. Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of national teams, competitions, programs and events.
. Provide secretariat support for the Competition Sub-Committee.
. Prepare regular reports and updates for the Executive Director and Board as required.
. Coordinate all high participation activities and programs, ensuring a strong link between grassroots and elite pathways.
What We're Looking For
Essential
. Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration or a related discipline.
. Minimum3-5 years of experience in sports administration, with demonstrable involvement in high performance or national team programes.
. Strong knowledge of Singapore's sports ecosystem - including familiarity with Sport Singapore, SNOC and national sporting frameworks.
. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and spoken - with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
. Willingness and ability to travel for overseas competitions and training camps.
Advantageous
. Knowledge of or experience in equestrian sport, FEI regulations, or the broader equine industry.
. Experience working with National Sports Associations (NSAs) or multi-sport bodies.
. Familiarity with various Spex Schemes and athlete welfare frameworks.
