Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and facilitate HSE induction, orientation sessions, and ongoing training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, contractors, and vendors on all HSE matters related to projects.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments assist in the development of mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of HSE activities, incident reports, audits, and correspondence.
• Support the operation team in promoting a safe working culture across all project sites

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering / Safety or related field
• Previous experience in HSE coordination or site safety roles is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and coordination skills able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
