Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and operationally Supply Lead to oversee the Virtual Fleet and Zig Operations function in our Singapore Point-to-Point Mobility business. In this critical role, you will lead initiatives in optimizing the performance and availability of our virtual fleet while maintaining high operational standards. This role will report directly to the Head of Singapore Point-to-Point Mobility and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data analytics, driver supply, and technology operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end supply strategy, including planning, deployment, and performance of the virtual fleet. Ensure optimal fleet availability to meet dynamic rider demand while minimizing idle time and operational inefficiencies. Forecast supply needs based on market trends, seasonality, and business targets
  • Oversee daily operations related to the virtual fleet, including onboarding, retention, quality control, and compliance of fleet partners or individual driver-partners. Drive performance monitoring, including tracking key operational metrics such as utilization rates, supply reliability, and SLA adherence
  • Lead and manage the Virtual Fleet & Operations team, setting clear goals, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving professional development. Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
  • Work cross-functionally with city operations, marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure the efficient execution of supply-side programs and initiatives
  • Liaise with various teams to adopt best practices and innovation in fleet operations
  • Continuously identify process bottlenecks and lead improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability. Leverage data and technology to enhance visibility, decision-making, and automation in supply and fleet operations
  • Ensure all fleet activities adhere to local regulations and company policies
  • Proactively manage operational risks, including safety, fraud, and service quality concerns
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or other related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations management, or mobility/logistics platforms
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
