Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Drive the development and growth of the Wealth Banking portfolio.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational effectiveness across the team.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the team.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure the team adheres to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the FAA (Financial Advisers Act) and related regulations.
- Monitor and enforce AML/KYC standards within the team.
