Job Title: Head of Revenue Operations
Location: Singapore
Type: Full time
Department: Sales
Reports to: CRO/CEO
Role Overview
TookiTaki is looking for a strategic Revenue Operations leader to partner closely with the CRO and own the end-to-end revenue operating model across Sales, Pre-Sales, and all quota-carrying functions.
This role goes beyond traditional RevOps. You will act as the architect and operator of TookiTaki's revenue engine - designing scalable processes, driving execution discipline, running revenue governance, and helping translate growth strategy into on-ground reality.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, with the mandate to improve predictability, velocity, and efficiency across the full revenue lifecycle. In the CRO's absence, you will confidently run revenue forums, decision-making cadences, and execution reviews.
If you like owning messy problems, building operating models from first principles, and driving outcomes (not just reports), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
. Revenue Strategy & CRO Partnership
Act as a thought partner to the CRO on revenue strategy, planning, and execution
Help design and operationalize:
- GTM and revenue operating models
- Territory, quota, and capacity models
- Coverage and role clarity across sales, pre-sales, and overlays
Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and metrics
Support new market entry and expansion assessments (readiness, capacity, risk, ROI)
Prepare decision frameworks, scenarios, and recommendations for leadership reviews
. Revenue Governance & Operating Cadence
Own and run core revenue governance forums, including:
- Weekly / monthly revenue reviews
- Forecast and pipeline inspection meetings
- Deal strategy and escalation forums
Independently run revenue meetings in the absence of the CRO
Establish clear revenue rhythms, accountability structures, and follow-through mechanisms
Ensure alignment across Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery on revenue priorities
. Revenue Operations & Process Excellence
Own end-to-end revenue processes from lead to cash:
- Pipeline management and forecasting
- Deal structuring, pricing governance, and approvals
- Quote-to-contract workflows
Design and continuously improve:
- Sales and deal workflows
- Handoffs between Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Playbooks, SOPs, and enablement frameworks
Drive process discipline without slowing deal velocity (yes, both can coexist)
Requirements:
. 7-12+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Commercial Excellence, ideally within a high-growth SaaS/tech environment
. Proven experience partnering directly with senior sales leadership / CROs, supporting revenue planning, execution cadence, and operating rhythm
. Strong understanding of SaaS revenue motions and working models across quota-carrying teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, and related revenue functions)
. Hands-on CRM expertise, with HubSpot strongly preferred - including pipeline workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and adoption enablement
. Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating models, frameworks, and scalable processes (not just run existing playbooks)
. Experience owning deal operations: pricing governance/approvals, quote-to-contract coordination, sales documentation, and cross-functional handoffs (Finance/Legal/Delivery as needed)
. Strong analytical capability with high comfort in Excel/Google Sheets, translating data into insights, actions, and executive-ready narratives
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and drive alignment (including healthy tension when required) . Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven a self-starter who thrives in lean, high-velocity teams
. Location / Availability: Singapore-based preferred available to start immediately (or with minimal notice).
Why Join TookiTaki
. Direct partnership with senior leadership on revenue strategy
. Opportunity to shape how revenue actually works - not just report on it
. High-impact role in a fast-scaling, mission-driven SaaS company
. Real ownership, real influence, real outcomes
