Head, Privilege Business Development is responsible for Personal Financial Advisors (PFA) management including recruitment of PFAs, training and coaching as required and overall supervision to ensure alignment with segment goals and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various stakeholders to close operational risk/gaps, streamline processes to improve efficiency for client management and business processes on segment.
- Collaborate actively with other business units to grow privilege customer base and create opportunities for PFAs penetration.
- Achieve segment related targets.
- Maintain the Privilege Customer Service Levels.
- Compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrate leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education (degree/diploma) or holder of Certified Financial Planning (CFP)
- Professional qualification As required by MAS.
- At least 6 years of working experience as a Branch sales role.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant leadership experience in the Retail and Privilege segments
- Critical thinking & problem resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to cascade information effectively to wide range of internal and possibly external stakeholders
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Driven with good understanding and experience of the privilege sector
- Demonstrated leadership skills
