Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development ofStructured Trade Financeopportunities across APAC.
- Develop strategies to grow receivables, payables, and conventional trade finance flows while deepening client relationships.
- Originate and structure bespoke trade finance solutions for clients, acting as lead arranger where possible.
- Partner with credit and risk teams to ensure robust deal structuring and high credit quality.
- Collaborate with global offices to support clients with international operations.
- Deliver internal training to relationship managers, enabling stronger origination and cross-sell of trade finance products.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen flow banking, including deposit mobilization and FX growth.
Requirements:
- At least15 years experiencein trade finance, with strong exposure to the commodities and energy sectors.
- Proven expertise in both structured and conventional trade finance products.
- Strong understanding of credit, risk, and deal execution processes.
- Track record of business development and origination across APAC.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in leading teams and training front-office colleagues.
- Fluency in English is requiredas you will liaise with English speaking stakeholders.
