Our client is a leading organization undergoing continued transformation and growth across the region. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Total Rewards to lead and evolve the organization's rewards philosophy, frameworks, and practices in support of its strategic business priorities.
Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's total rewards agenda, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness. You will review existing compensation and benefits structures, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, drive consistency, and optimize cost efficiency.
You will take ownership of executive compensation and long-term incentive plans, including design, governance, and administration. This includes partnering with senior leadership and the Board/Remuneration Committee on executive remuneration frameworks, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
In addition, you will lead key rewards initiatives such as salary benchmarking, job architecture and levelling, benefits optimization, bonus frameworks, and performance management processes.
Partnering closely with the CHRO, you will support engagements with the Remuneration Committee, including preparation of materials and presentation of recommendations. You will also work alongside senior business leaders to deliver insights through data analytics, enabling informed decision-making on reward-related matters.
Leading a team of rewards professionals, you will provide strategic direction and advisory to the business on compensation policies and principles. You will collaborate with COE Heads to ensure programs are practical, competitive, and aligned with evolving business needs, while balancing cost considerations.
You will also oversee rewards operations to ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance with local regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust employee data and compensation records. As a subject matter expert, you will stay attuned to market trends and emerging practices to continuously refine the organization's rewards approach.
