about the job
- Define and execute a 3-5 year technology vision for precision manufacturing, tooling, and molding
- Lead R&D initiatives aimed at creating proprietary manufacturing processes and intellectual property (IP)
- Oversee the end-to-end engineering project portfolio, ensuring disciplined stage-gate execution and resource optimization
- Develop robust business cases for technology investments, linking technical advancement directly to commercial ROI
- Drive the transformation of fabrication processes toward world-class precision and cycle-time efficiency
job requirement
- Msc/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in contract manufacturing (High Mix Low Volume) environment
- Possess a mastery of molding processes, tooling, and the technical nuances of engineered plastic products
- Extensive experience managing medical industry customers
- Experience in doing business turnaround
