Engineering Manager

Role

The Head of Engineering / Senior Engineering Manager will drive technical excellence, manufacturing stability, tooling governance, and engineering discipline across the plant. The leader will ensure robust root cause problem solving, reliable tooling and equipment performance, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Production and Quality to achieve zero defect manufacturing in a GMP-regulated environment.

The role is critical in transforming the plant from reactive firefighting to a structured engineering-driven manufacturing system.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on technical expertise in injection moulding processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1218 years experience in precision manufacturing or injection moulding operations.
• Minimum 58 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience in MEDTECH or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
