Lead Sustainability Across Investments, Operations, and Purpose-Driven Impact

With a growing presence across Asia, they are seeking a Head of Sustainability to design and drive their ESG strategy, ensure integration into investment decision-making, and advance their mission of aligning financial performance with positive social and environmental outcomes.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional who can combine strategic vision, investment fluency, and a deep commitment to wellbeing and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the execution of a bold, actionable sustainability strategy across the organization.
- Embed ESG considerations across operations, investments, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee ESG governance, disclosures, and alignment with leading global frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, ISSB).
- Enable cross-functional integration of sustainability in collaboration with strategy, transformation, investment, and communications teams.
- Represent the organization in regulatory, investor, and industry ESG engagements.
- Cultivate high-impact partnerships and foster a sustainability-first culture internally.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, Public Policy, or related disciplines.
- Certifications in ESG, sustainability reporting, or climate governance are highly valued.
- 1520 years of experience in ESG or sustainability leadership roles, with exposure to complex, multi-industry or investment-driven environments.
- Track record of embedding sustainability at strategic and operational levels.
