Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- APICS certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain and planning, preferably within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing sector
- At least 5 years in a leadership role

- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ownership mindset with strong execution focus
- Solid knowledge of supply chain technologies and ERP systems (Navision is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including planning, MRP purchasing, customer service, and warehousing
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Define KPIs and ensure efficient, cost‑effective daily operations
- Manage inventory, material procurement, warehouse performance, and supply continuity
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity
- Drive on‑time delivery, production continuity, inventory accuracy, and working capital optimisation
- Build and strengthen team structure, capabilities, and performance management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide regular performance reporting
