. Oversee the creation of dashboards and visualizations that cater to different levels of the organization.
. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics and reporting team.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, IT, and finance, to identify and address analytics needs.
. Partner with technology teams to leverage cutting-edge tools and platforms for analytics and reporting.
Continuous Improvement:
. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, insurance, cybersecurity and BPO sectors.
. Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
