Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and market opportunities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions
- Oversee strategy development and corporate planning activities for Unmanned Integrated Systems (UIS)
- Drive key strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution of action plans
- Leverage financial modelling expertise to support inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations on critical business matters
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), MBA, or other advanced qualifications (advantageous)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, business development, or related areas
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, insight generation, and strategy development
