Our client is a leading professional services MNC seeking to enhance their shared services function in Asia. There is now an opportunity for a dynamic individual to head this brownfield centre in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Asia CFO, you will lead a team in managing the finance shared services centre, providing accounting and financial reporting, billings and HR payroll support for the various business units in the APAC region. You will assist in business re-engineering and streamline work processes within the Shared Services centre where necessary as well as look into new technology applications to achieve overall efficiencies.

Requirements

Ideally you should be a degree qualified CPA/CA, with a minimum of 12 years&apos relevant experience. Shared services and operations experience is a must. You are self motivated, energetic and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You also possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of motivating and leading a young and dynamic team.
