About Our Client

Our client is a regional high-growth corporate services firm, supporting businesses in expanding and operating smoothly across Asia-Pacific. With a strong track record in providing end-to-end solutions for entity setup, compliance, governance, and ongoing corporate administration, the firm is now seeking a Head of Sales to lead its commercial strategy and drive regional revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Define and execute a scalable sales and business development strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives across APAC.
  • Pipeline & Cadence: Build disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and sales cadence to consistently meet ambitious targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing sales/BD team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and client-centricity.
  • Client Development: Lead complex B2B sales cycles, nurture C-suite relationships, and position the firm as a trusted partner for cross-border needs.
  • Partnerships & Intermediaries: Strengthen networks with intermediaries and strategic partners to open new channels and accelerate deal flow.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery to ensure seamless go-to-market and excellent client outcomes.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish robust sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting for management visibility and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1012 years experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven B2B track record in services or solutions selling, ideally with regional exposure and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients in North Asia.
  • Strength in sales strategy, tactical execution, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experienced people leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and scale teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with corporate services, compliance, or professional services environments is advantageous.
