Head of Client Due Dilligence (CDD) - Corporate Banking

Our client is one of the regional banks in Singapore and is hiring a Head of CDD to lead its customer due diligence function on the second line, with a focus on Corporate Banking. This is a team lead role for someone with in-depth subject matter expertise in ECDD.

Youll lead a high-performing team and be responsible for managing and evolving the banks CDD framework in line with MAS and Group compliance expectations. This includes advising internal stakeholders on complex high-risk cases, overseeing end-to-end ECDD reviews, and driving policy and process improvements across the function. You&aposll also work closely with business and compliance partners to embed best practices and ensure operational execution is aligned with regulatory standards.

Were looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in financial services, including strong exposure to AML/CFT and CDD frameworks in corporate or wholesale banking. Prior team lead experience is essential for this role. A collaborative mindset, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
