About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Products to lead our product strategy and execution in Singapore. This is a pivotal individual contributor role that will serve as the bridge between our Singapore entity (SGEB) and the Group Product organization headquartered in Zurich. The role will represent the Products function locally and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product-market fit, revenue growth, and client engagement across our digital asset offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Function as the senior product representative in Singapore, interfacing with the Singapore Executive Board and Group Product leadership in Zurich.
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the region, with a focus on Trading (both crypto and TradFi), Custody and Staking.
• Identify local market trends / dynamics and collaborate with the Clients team to identify market needs, shape product offerings, and enhance client experience.
• Ensure alignment of local product initiatives with regulatory requirements and the global strategy.
• Provide oversight and support for trading and custody operations in APAC.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and regulatory discussions as needed.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, compliant, and innovative digital asset solutions.
• Prepare for future team leadership as the business scales.

Our ideal candidate

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related roles within regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, trading environments, and custody solutions in the APAC region.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally to deliver impactful products in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory frameworks and client expectations in digital finance.
